A full-service refit yard in the Bay of Kotor

We haul, repair and refinish yachts up to 42 metres. Hull and osmosis work, engines, electrics, teak, paint and varnish — handled in one yard by one crew, with a single project manager from survey to launch.

Owners and captains get a fixed scope, a written schedule and weekly photo reports. Winter storage ashore and afloat is available year round.

Prices are quoted per job after survey. Emergency haul-out within 24 hours.

Hull & osmosis

Blasting, laminate repair, epoxy barrier coats, antifouling and full topside repaint in a controlled tent.

Engines & systems

Main engine and generator overhauls, shafts and seals, watermakers, air conditioning, hydraulics.

Electrics & electronics

Rewiring, switchboards, lithium conversions, navigation and entertainment installs, fault finding.

Joinery & teak

New teak decks and caulking, interior cabinetry, varnish work, upholstery and canvas.
